Public Policy

When thinking of “public policy,” people think of politicians arguing over the smallest things in Congress, but that is far from the truth. Public policy is more than just arguing for no reason; it is about our daily life decisions. When thinking of public policy, I like to think of the rights and needs that will benefit the people of a state or city. While researching public policy, education is a significant area, one reason being that funding schools involves a form of property tax, which can become a contentious battle between wealthier and lower-income communities.
